We are seeking information that can help us identify key persons in Australia who have valuable information that may assist in the investigation or prosecution of crimes committed in Ukraine in the course of the invasion of Ukraine by the Russian Federation.

We want to hear from those currently in Australia who have personally been impacted by or witnessed or experienced the atrocities and crimes committed in Ukraine during the invasion of Ukraine by the Russian Federation.

We are seeking such information with the aim of assisting the relevant authorities (whether on a national, regional or international level) in bringing the perpetrators of such crimes to justice.

Claims heard in criminal tribunals (such as the International Criminal Court and the Ukrainian Prosecutor) will often hinge on a prosecutor’s ability to access evidence. They depend on states to provide them with evidence or access to evidence. The information you provide will facilitate an effective and fair trial, with the aim of holding perpetrators accountable.
